Because government support for arts education programs is woefully underfunded, it has become nearly impossible for public schools to continue music and theater programs.  The Development Wing is breaking the paradigm through the creation of a forever free digital platform to disseminate musical theatre education which has been created and provided through its valued partnerships with The Johnny Mercer Foundation and New York City School Board.
